Welcome to the Pappardelle Pad, a FULLY FURNISHED and renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bath in the Woodside Mill area. Great location, half a mile to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, 1 mile to Unity Park and also the Village of West Greenville. It is also 2 miles to downtown Greenville. The sleeping arrangements in the home include two queen beds and one love seat sleeper sofa (twin size) in the bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The Primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. The room includes a queen bed, large dresser with mirror and a night stand. Black out curtains and one set of bed linens and pillows are included in the rental. The other two bedrooms share a common area bathroom that has a tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen bed, large dresser with mirror, a bed side table, black out curtains, and one set of bed linens and pillows. The 3rd bedroom is currently set up as a flex room with a twin size sleeper love seat sofa. It also has a full size dresser and night stand. This room could be converted to include a queen bed if requested (love seat sofa would be removed) or a desk and chair could be added upon request. The living area includes a large sofa (pull out queen bed), two swivel chairs, two end tables and a coffee table as well as a TV. Spectrum high speed internet is included in the rent. Should you want full cable programming there would be an additional charge. The kitchen area has a 4 person high top table and all of the cooking essentials, from pots and pans, dishware, utensils, cutlery, and more. Appliances include a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with water hookup, washer, and dryer. Utilities: water, electricity, and Spectrum internet are included. There is a large backyard for entertaining and ample parking on both sides of the home.
