My experience here has and still is exceptional. The property managers Kelly and Nick are super friendly and quick to reply to emails. The maintenance staff are quick to take care of issues I have. I don't have a bug issue. Trust me I hate roaches. I'm from NY!!! I know I'm extending my lease when it's time. The moving in process was simple. We had some hiccups but it was mainly me rushing to move in. But Kelly made sure that the apartment would be ready for me on the move in date. I was knocking on the office door once a week my first month to ask if I could make certain changes in my apartment. Idk how she didn't get sick of seeing me. I've just had a great experience here overall. They even sent me a happy birthday email.

Augusta Road Apartments is a very good place to live. Especially if funds isn’t the way they suppose to be. They help you and is very understandable. Kelly and Carmen is vey nice and outgoing. Thanks for everything you ladies/maintenance do in this community even with keeping it safe. If I could stay out here forever I would but better is coming and I’m going to hate to tell you ladies GOODBYE 😌
