Pet(s) do not belong to any known aggressive breeds, and the pet(s) have not displayed any vicious tendencies (including, but not limited to, previous bite incidents, animal attacks, or other aggressive behavior), and any false statements regarding these matters shall constitute a substantial breach of the lease. Breed restrictions include those listed: Akitas, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids, & any mix of those listed. Reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, rodents, arachnids, or insects are not permitted by occupants or guests within the apartment community.

I have spoken with both Ms. Ruth and Ms. Shy through the application process, and they have been some of the kindest people I have ever met, right from the start! I have been very anxious given my personal situation, but they have gone above and beyond to do everything to help through my journey (and have been patient with me as well!). Many props to the both of these ladies and for their hard work with both their current residents and incoming ones - it’s clear that they truly care.
