I’ve lived in two apartments in downtown Phoenix, with Blume on Central being my current home for the past year and a half. This is truly an excellent apartment complex. First, it offers top-class facilities and is very well-maintained, yet it's surprisingly affordable compared to other complexes in the area. The gym and lobby have a sleek, hotel-like feel, and the pool is fantastic. The management team now heats the pool, allowing residents to enjoy it year-round. In contrast to my previous apartment, where the management was rude to children, the team at Blume on Central is exceptionally polite and respectful to everyone. For parents, another bonus is that it's just a 30-second walk to Basis Phoenix Central, so there's no need to drive your kids to school.
