I have been here almost a year. No complaints really. Nice amenities (pool, gym, club area, outdoor seating barbecue, etc). Mailroom very convenient. Apartment very nice: Modern with ceiling fans, ceiling flush mount LED lighting, washer & dryer, glass cook top, dishwasher, etc. Well insulated apartments. I did not need heat very often last winter. Large patio with electric outlet. Front staff, contracted yard crew, and maintenance very good. Dumpster areas for the most part tidy. Keep up the good work.

The Offset is the best apartment complex I've had the pleasure of living. Maintenance is always quick, thr employees are not breathing down your neck tracking you're every move and no one bothers you. That's what I appreciate. We live in Natomas and I didn't know what to expect in this area but what I can say is that I've been pleasantly surprised. It's nice to live in a area where people font look at you like "Do you belong here?".
