We also provide convenient amenities such as an on-site laundry facility and off-street parking. We are currently accepting Section 8 vouchers, and our leases are for a term of 12 months. Our rental criteria include: * Net income of 2.5 to 3 times the monthly rent * Credit score of 540 or higher * Minimum of 2 years of rental history * No evictions * No open collections, or closed collections within the past 2 years without a reasonable explanation We charge $25.00 per pet, per month, and require a pet deposit of $300.
