This place is a hidden gem. I needed an apartment fast and was Leary from the bad reviews. I am glad I did not put any merit into them. All the surrounding neighbors in the complex look out for each other. You may never really talk but if you need help they will be there for you. The apartment itself is on the older side but nothing fancy but a safe place to live. The landlord lives on site which is great. I think people tend to behave better when management lives on site. If you need a safe place to call home this is it.
