f I could give this complex and management company negative stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. they've have two different management companies and the building themselves are not up to code and many are uninhabitable due to the windows that don't open with no ac units available or installed. there's mold in the stairwell and they key fob box constantly breaks leaving residents locked out of the building until hours later when someone answers and comes to unlock. UPDATED: Lydia James, I tried to call but the number you left is just the main number that routes be to the office where no one ever picks up the phone or returns my messages. I think it’s pretty performative that the management company I pay $1,475 a month for a studio apartment can have someone promptly respond to google reviews but not address actual tenant concerns. Again, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I forgot to mention myself and other people of color have experienced overt racism from the property managers. OH!!! And there’s no elevator only stairs to go up three flights of stairs. And from every resident I’ve talked to they casually leave this detail out when doing tours.
