(For reference, I was on the top floor in the smallest studio apartment they have.) I was here for two years, and it was the best apartment that I’ve ever lived in! The location is awesome, very walkable. Generally a pretty quiet area of the city. I couldn’t hear what my neighbors were doing either due to good soundproofing, which is really hard to find these days. Small apt complex vibes and all of the neighbors were friendly.
