All hail the queen Bridgette! She is the face of excellent customer service! My move here was seamless, effortless and sweet because of her. I moved here from over 200 miles away, and I didn't have the opportunity to see the place in person before applying. Working with Bridgette, I felt 150% sure that I was making the right move choosing Derby at Steeplechase as my home. About 1 week before I was scheduled to move here, I was able to see a video of my apartment and I absolutely loved it. When I arrived, and I entered the unit it smelled sooooooooooooo wonderful and it was as described and looks the same as the pictures on the website. I trusted Bridgette and she can do no wrong. The whole Leasing team is awesome. The property is expansive, clean, and there is ample space for parking. The people who live are quiet, friendly, decent, respectful people. You can tell by the way they keep their homes and when you meet them in the common areas. No vermin on the premises and it is a very safe environment in which to live. Maintenance responds very quickly, and gets the job done properly the first time around! I am in close proximity to essential stores. This is a great plus for me since I do not own a car at the moment. One of my favorite places here is the pool. It is always clean and I am able to enjoy it, unlike the ratchet one where I previously lived. I absolutely love it here and am glad that I chose this community to make my home.

Update #3. I applaud Mike and his whole team (Ayanna, Lisa, Sutton *miss you* and Katia!!!!). But this place is a wholesome community. They've had townhall meetings to address issues or concerns, and last night they had an amazing event! Feel sorry for those who missed out! Music, free drinks, raffle prizes *I won!* and just a friendly environment. They had a Halloween patio contest which yielded MONEY OFF RENT! And the events don't stop! I like the fact that they are doing more than just painting and remodeling, they are building a true community and bringing people together!!!! One love! - Ernesto M & Family
