This place had mice and the management company could not have cared less. Can't say i recommend living there. Nicely remodeled tho. Mice love the remodel.

Do not rent any property managed by Clemons Real Estate/Life. I rented 4320 Mercier, 1S, for four years, but had very difficult relations with their property management personnel. When I asked for maintenance or that the company clean up the trash and refuse around the property, they routinely stonewalled me or delayed fulfilling requests for an unreasonable time. Then they simply pushed me out because I didn't bow to their general nastiness. I actually asked them to fulfill the landlord's obligations for the property. By pushing me out I mean that they presented me with a new lease for 2023-2024 which I signed over protest of an unjustified and arbitrary pet addendum that they added to my contract only. Because of my protest, they decided they wouldn't sign the lease. Since Missouri law amazingly does not require landlords to give a reason for non-renewal, I infer that they acted against me out of spite and wilful vindictive responses by their management. SO, at 69 years of age, I was forced at great expense to move elsewhere. I repeatDO NOT RENT FROM Clemons at this location, or at any of their other properties.
