I don't think I have ever given a review with 5 stars. The five stars are not for the apartment alone. Moving has been quite a task for us. immediately after getting the boxes unloaded off the moving truck I had to have an unexpected emergency surgery. Like any other apartment, when you first move in there can be little things that need to be fixed. We had a small leak in the sink and a few other minor things come up. I could not be happier with the service we got when we put in the request to have it fixed. The maintenance man, Bruce, was over the very next day. I had just had the surgery and was in a lot of pain, there were some dishes in the sink and boxes still unpacked. Bruce was so nice about it, and on top of that he was so quiet while fixing things I fell asleep. I wouldn't normally just fall asleep with a man in the house that I don't know, but you just have to meet him to understand. He reminds me of my dad. Parking here is good. I have never been without a space and everyone seems to be very respectful of space e.g. my door hasn't been dinged or anything like that. The outside of the apartment complex has a rustic outdoorsy look to it, but I think lights and things like that could be maintained better. The fact that it is set in the middle of a little forest is awesome. Management is fairly quick with requests and seems to actually care that your living experience at Townhomes with a view is comfortable. The apartment is cute. the loft is really fun to have and the carpet is new. The appliances are a little old, but nice for the most part and the washer and dryer are new. That is just in this apartment. I'm sure they are all going to be a little different. It is also very quiet here. That is something that is really important to me. The biggest reason I am giving the place five stars is because the maintenance guy really did go above and beyond his job. Oh, also, rent is reasonable here.
