Pets are limited by size and breed and are subject to Management approval. There is a limit of two animals per apartment. A pet deposit and/or pet fee may be required for all pets in the apartment. Pet rent may also be required. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. Residents will not be allowed to have a pet that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross breed of or related to any of these breeds. Caged birds are permitted. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. No exotic animals (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted. Other animals may be excluded. We may also restrict or require the removal of any breed that becomes known as aggressive, in our sole discretion. Ask Management for further information. Animal rules apply to all animals at the Community, including those animals that are visiting or are temporary. Certain animals may be restricted from designated floors or buildings at the community. It is the responsibility of the applicant to select an apartment for their current and future needs. We are happy to evaluate any requests to keep assistance animals at the community.

Our Ballard apartments for rent are outfitted to the nines. Residents have access to fantastic views of the charming historic neighborhood, Salmon Bay and even the Olympic Mountains. Apartments feature quartz counters, tile backsplashes, custom cabinetry and two designer finish packages to choose from. The 24-hour fitness center is fully-equipped for any workout, and the 3,500-square-foot sky deck featuries a kitchen and fireplace as well as outdoor entertainment facilities with grills and a fire pit. Breezy commutes can be had every day with the 40, 44 and other major bus lines minutes from your front door.

This apartment building is well kept & I’ve enjoyed using a lot of the amenities, especially the gym. The cleaning and maintenance team do a great job at keeping things nice & tidy while also responding quickly to maintenance requests. Younger Jimmy with the red glasses has helped me out tremendously whether it was with a clogged sink, broken washer (from overfilling with too many clothes), or lending a hand with fixing the trunk of my car before he clocked out! He is very knowledgeable and helpful in many ways. He goes above and beyond and should receive a raise if there is one! Very pleased to call this apartment building home for the time being. I’m looking forward to enjoying more of the outdoors here and in the neighborhood this summer! AMLI Mark 24 is in a great location!

I lived at Amli for 3 years and it is the best experience I have ever had at an apartment complex. Luke, Cortni, Raven, Jimmy, and everyone on the team are fantastic and easy to communicate with. I always felt safe and that management prioritized my needs. I highly recommend this community if you’re looking to move to Ballard!! You won’t regret it.
