This apartment building is well kept & I’ve enjoyed using a lot of the amenities, especially the gym. The cleaning and maintenance team do a great job at keeping things nice & tidy while also responding quickly to maintenance requests. Younger Jimmy with the red glasses has helped me out tremendously whether it was with a clogged sink, broken washer (from overfilling with too many clothes), or lending a hand with fixing the trunk of my car before he clocked out! He is very knowledgeable and helpful in many ways. He goes above and beyond and should receive a raise if there is one! Very pleased to call this apartment building home for the time being. I’m looking forward to enjoying more of the outdoors here and in the neighborhood this summer! AMLI Mark 24 is in a great location!
I lived at Amli for 3 years and it is the best experience I have ever had at an apartment complex. Luke, Cortni, Raven, Jimmy, and everyone on the team are fantastic and easy to communicate with. I always felt safe and that management prioritized my needs. I highly recommend this community if you’re looking to move to Ballard!! You won’t regret it.
Good people! My experience living at AMLI Mark 24 was genuinely wonderful, something I mostly attribute to the AMLI staff. The basics (important to me as a mom of a baby-turned-toddler during our time there): it’s a super safe, super clean community with a consistent, reliable team that cares about the grounds and its residents. To me, the common thread for the residents--diverse in every way--was just being chill and respectful. (For such a large community, I never encountered any a*holes; most people were super nice and friendly.) The maintenance team is so responsive and helpful, and they really go the extra mile for residents and care about the property overall. The leasing office staff genuinely listens to resident feedback and responds with solutions to better the community. On an individual level, Jon, the leasing manager, was so caring and went out of his way to help me with details as I was planning my move-out, which truly made for an end-to-end quality experience. He even used his local and industry knowledge to help me coordinate with a third-party transport company, relieving a lot of my stress before my daughter and I made a cross-country move. …I’ll always have good memories of my time at this place!

My sink was leaking so I put in a maintenance order before I went to bed. First thing in the morning, Jimmy reached out to help me get is resolved quick! I wasn’t expecting such prompt service. He made sure to ask if we needed any extra help with our unit and was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The prompt maintenance at Amli is one of the best parts of living within this community.
Have lived here for over a year and love it. The building feels very safe and is well maintained. Jimmy always is a pleasure to work with her is very knowledgeable about the things he fixes around the apartment. The management is also great, very responsive, and friendly!

This is one of the best apartments in Ballard, Seattle. Its strengths include the convenience, cleanliness, spacious and cozy amenities, and last but not least, the presence of Jimmi, an in-house technician, monthly rent is a bit expensive though.
My wife and I have lived at AMLI Mark24 for about three years and we have absolutely loved it! The apartments have nice appliances and are well maintained, and the shared amenities are great and always kept clean and in working order. The staff is friendly and always works to help you out with whatever you need. I couldn't recommend Mark24 any more!
Raven was by far the best leasing agent I worked with in the area! She was really positive, knowledgeable, fun and quick to respond. Facilities, amenities and apartments looked great!
