I really couldn't recommend this place much. While my studio unit itself was spacious and had character, it is ROACH INFESTED. Even after an exterminator came multiple times, he told me that there are tenants in the building who live in such filth that it's just going to be a continual problem. I was killing literally 12-20 roaches a day in my clean apartment when I lived her. Additionally, there's no parking and the rent really isn't justifiable for how unclean and unkept the building is. Finally, they charged me for "painting" on my security deposit despite the fact that I hung nothing on the walls, and when I reached out for a detailed receipt, they've completely ignored me and haven't responded.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! This place is a complete scam operation! It’s not what it appears to be and they will take your money! I lost $2500 on an apartment i never moved into! They lied to me about repainting and cleaning the apartment, the apartment manager is a scam artist and a liar!!
