Rise at the meadows is a great, quiet and affordable community. It has been a great place for me and my little family. I have been here for about 7 months now and the team here is amazing; maintenance calls are always well taken care of, the office team is super helpful and respectful, the apartments itself are always well taken care of and super clean. My wife and I moved here and been here for a month now. So far the management of Laura Hernandez has been very accommodating and spectacular. She has guided us through the processes and practices here. She has been very responsive when she is not busy running errands which reflects on the reviews here of some people. As for the property no problem so far. Great feels, very quiet and peaceful.

My name is Rosie Barraza I live in your glendale complex #115 for approximately 8 years. In this time I have gone thru many complex managers. I can truly say that in this time I have never felt truly comfortable. The managers would never follow thru were some times rude and made you feel like you were annoying them and never followed up on maintenance request or issues. I’ve had to continually call and follow up on my request which sometimes took weeks to get them completed. Many times during these years I truly contemplated of moving and would have never recommended this complex to families ly or friends to live in. I have truly felt compelled to write this letter to the complex owners and administrators to inform you that I am truly happy, comfortable and content here now. This is due to your new manager here Laura. Laura is very attentive, friendly and professionally efficient. I don’t feel like just a number but truly I feel like a person and part of your community here. My maintenance request and issues are handled efficiently and completed perfectly. The maintenance crew here is also friendly, respectful and professionally trained and complete all repairs. But to me the reason I feel good, comfortable and at home here is due to your manager here Laura. She makes sure that things are running smoothly and efficiently here. My Husband and I moved here from out of state and we were urgently looking for a place and came upon Rise Meadow. I’ve been here since January and I must say I was READY for my 12 months lease to be OVER. Now that we have been introduce to Ms. Laura(manager) AND Mr. Luis(maintenance) there has been a DRASTIC change in communication and maintenance. NOW We feel more at ease and know we are taken care of as tenants and can depend on our management and our maintenance team. Hoping for continued improvement and success.

I’m Mark and this was the first place I ever lived on my own back in 1995. I decided to move back to this side of town to be closer to my kids and work. I was surprised and shocked at how easy it was to get back into this place. Everywhere else gave me the runaround and my new apartment unit is in better condition than my original apartment unit. I’m over the moon. Rebecca went above and beyond and made it Stress-free for Me. The neighborhood is quiet the staff is awesome and I love it here @ Rise At The Meadows!

We loved this community! Truly a hidden little Gem.The Office Manager Laura was absolutely AMAZING! She made us feel welcomed, and was very attentive to all of our concerns and questions. By far some of the best customer care we've received. She exceeded all of our expectations. Definitely keeping this property in mind!!
