I have lived here for the past year and a half and have had a great time. The staff is friendly and respond quickly to any issues you have. The apartment was nice and affordable. Never had issues with neighbors or noise complaints. The only reason I am leaving is because i bought a house otherwise i would still be here.

I am so blessed to have been approved to live here. The application went smooth and she immediately called me back minutes after I informed her I was done. It's been so nice and quiet. Other than thin walls like any other apartments with neighbors shananigams. I love it. The minute I entered to tour the place I fell in love with my draw dropped and claimed it into existence. A bit more, but well worth it all. Love the wall colors. Especially it being less than ten minutes from my job. Staffs are amazing and curious. They make you feel welcome. I think I found my home til I am able to purchase one. Big jump from staying in the South end of Seattle to Des Moines. Good to be back on the West side! 🥰
