New management definitely made our lives easier. We already know it’s a rough area but they are definitely taking care of things. You get what you pay for, the property is well maintained and when there’s gonna be a water cut off or anything, they’ll let you know and keep you updated. Do not expect a luxury apartment when you’re not paying for one. I haven’t had any issue with my ac and my neighbors are pretty calm. Once again, thank you to the new management!
