This is our 3rd year living at Lions Gate North and we love it! The staff is kind and responsive and always willing and able to help. We love our apartment with the garage and that it’s a gated community. A few things to note: 1. There are lots of children who live here and run around riding their bikes through the streets, often unattended even though the complex sends out several reminders that they should always have supervision. Just be aware because if you’re not paying attention, they will come out of nowhere when you’re coming home. 2. The complex is really good at maintaining the property but that means that most of that work like painting, roofing, etc. has to be done during the nice weather in the summer. The crews starts early but they’re quick and usually done in your little “neighborhood” in less than a week so the noise doesn’t last too long. Overall we really enjoy it here and are so glad we found this place when we moved to Washington!

Our experience with Adam at Lionsgate in Walla Walla was spot on! He was responsive and professional throughout the entire approval and move in process. He made the experience pleasant and seamless! I love how there was no pressure, and he worked with us from the beginning all the way to move in. Great job Adam! Although there are other properties in the area that are more updated inside, Lionsgate had the amenities we needed, it's clean, and well maintained. It also backs up to a park and river/trail, which is key for our dog. We are happy to be here!
