I lived at Vida Apartments for 2 years, and my roommate for 3, and we loved it here. We enjoyed spending afternoons at the pool, hosting birthday parties on the patio, and relaxing on the balcony. During all those years, we hardly ever had a single maintenance issue, and when we did, it was addressed immediately. Although the problems we encountered during our experience would typically result in a lower rating from me, I am giving this rating 5 stars because I am deeply appreciative of how attentive, empathetic, and action-oriented the building staff were when we faced these obstacles. Nadia, especially, frequently followed up with us and made us feel truly cared for during these difficult times. Overall, this was my favorite living space so far!

Moved out of Vida shortly ago and missing the place so much. Leasing (Nadia) is extremely diligent and organized allowing tenants to quickly get help with any maintenance. Maintenance (Martin) was extremely efficient and always on top of any issues. Her name slipped my mind but the sweet lady who cleaned the building was always through when cleaning the amenities. I could go on and on about the great things this building had. Any complaint at about this building always had to do with something external. Would move back in a heartbeat 100/10
