I really enjoyed my time at Rose City Flats. The building felt clean and secure. Management was responsive to my questions and requests. The location was great, with food trucks and restaurants nearby, Trader Joe’s and safeway down the street, and cute neighborhoods for walking my dog. Would recommend for short and long term renting!

Those positive reviews are fake. My text correspondence shows the lack of management response. My apartment is currently 84 degrees at 3am because of the heat coming through my front door. My a/c unit cranks. But it’s over 90 degrees in the hallway because the company either turned it off or is negligent in fixing it. My unit smells like mildew because the heat cranked up whatever is growing in the foundational wood from the multiple weeks that my top floor unit had water pouring through it. Save yourself the health issues that comes with mold. Additionally, this building was clearly fraudulently pushed through code after 2020 halted construction. This building is a hazard. It also has rats now because of the ignored garbage issue. They also have the nerve to charge additional utility fees for services we’ve never received. All the while they can’t even keep a common areas cool. This cannot be real.
