*4 months in and it's still great. My same-floor neighbors are peaceful and as quiet as I am, so it's perfect. Murray Hill is a very nice neighborhood. Also, with North Ave not being a bar street like it used to be in 2010, and with being far away enough from UWM, the little college kids aren't running around screaming at all times. The murray pantry and whole foods are about a 3 minute walk, which is nice. And the farwell BP gas station is next door, which is also extremely convenient. The surrounding few blocks are all pleasant to walk and are quiet, and there is the little prospect triangle park across the street. There is an actual No Smoking addendum in the lease as well. The apartment itself is perfectly fine. The living room, bedroom, and kitchen are pretty standard, no complaints at all. And the bathrooms are large too.

Lived here for 1.5 years. Good price for quality and location. Got back a good and fair amount from my security deposit. Landlord was friendly and extremely quick when I locked myself out twice haha. Neighbors were quiet and friendly on my floor (I noticed another floor had a little bit of noise but that can easily change over time).
