Love the building and the location! The building has a beautiful courtyard that's lovely to relax in and fairly large gym as well! It's located right at the edge of Chinatown and Old Oakland as well as right next to a BART station so it's super convenient to get to and from! The leasing team is also friendly and warm, shoutout to Renee!

This is a review of the tour I received with Jacarre. I did ultimately decide to lease with Webster Eleven, so I may update this post in a year or so. 🌼 Firstly, I appreciate how friendly and warm Jacarre and the leasing staff were and how engaged Jacarre was in finding out what my renting priorities were and what unit was the best match, like figuring out what part of the complex was quieter and less sunny due to my schedule. It was also encouraging to meet a leasing agent who lived on the property. What I like about this complex is that they have on-site parking (which is an additional cost to regular rent), a decent sized 24 hour gym, close proximity the highway, close proximity to two BART stations, good integration of technology for convenience (e.g., there's a transit screen on the first floor and the application process was all online and very painless). Overall, the design of the complex and common areas feels friendly and welcoming imo, and I do think it's very cool that there's a rooftop area for dogs and pets. 🐶
