With assigned parking, you'll never have to worry about finding a spot. Coin or app operated washer-dryers available for tenant use through WASH. At QUAY Bainbridge, we strive to provide our residents with a comfortable and convenient living experience. Come and discover the perfect place for you on beautiful Bainbridge Island. Sewer and trash included with rent. Tenant pays $15.00 month for water. all electricity through Puget Sound Energy and own Cable/Internet. The RBP includes rental insurance, credit score building with on-time full rent payments, up to $1M Identity Theft Protection, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), move-in utility concierge service, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more!
