We have a 30-day MINIMUM Stay. Call to schedule a tour (206) 971-6616 - Marie Fully furnished 1,540 sq ft 3BR/3BA home tucked into a quiet, forested pocket within the city. Peaceful and private with great neighbors, the home is a 5-minute walk to Manitou Beach via a back lane, with Seattle and Mt. Rainier views on clear days. The Bainbridge ferry (35 minutes to Seattle) is 8 minutes away, with the Kingston–Edmonds ferry also nearby. The home comfortably sleeps up to 5. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature Murphy beds (queen and full) and can double as office space. Bathrooms include a downstairs shower, an upstairs large shower, and a primary bath with a tub. Enjoy spacious front and back decks and a large firepit, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Amenities include a Rowing Machine in the TV Room. Aside from basic amenities and appliances in the kitchen which include an induction stove, also available is a coffee maker with an insulated pitcher, Blendtec Blender, an 8 Qt InstAPot, a 10-cup Cuisinart food processor, a 6-cup rice cooker, a Kitchen Aid hand mixer, and an electric pour over water kettle. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED, however, electricity has a $300 cap that landlord is responsible for. Tenant is responsible for overage. $350 - Cleaning fee House broken and trained dogs are okay (25lbs or less in weight)- 2 dog maximum ($150 per pet - one time non-refundable fee). No Cats please.
