Minutes from higher education such as UPS, TCC and Bates Technical, as well as two of Tacoma’s finest waterfront parks, Titlow Park and Owen’s Beach at Point Defiance. We are on a major bus line, too! Community is important to us at Outrigger so we have Resident Events, such as National Night Out, in partnership with the Tacoma Crime Free Housing Program, throughout the year. Our driveway off 6th Ave is exclusive to Outrigger, not a thru-way. Our six 2-story buildings (49 units total – the perfect size!) all have doors opening toward the sparkling in-ground swimming pool.
