I lived here for two years, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this property. The interiors are sleek and modern: the hardwoods are beautiful and the flow of natural light through the apartment is great, not to mention the gorgeous bathrooms. The location is incredible, too. I constantly took advantage of the access to the River Parks trails and the commute to and from downtown is unbeatable: no rush hour, a quick 5 or so minutes. Maintenance and management are super responsive, in my experience.

Awesome apartments and a great place to live! The leasing team could not have been easier to work with and made the entire process a breeze. The location is hard to beat and the updated units have an aesthetic that is modern, stylish, and comfortable. I would defintely recommend the Velencia.
