I've lived at the Poplar for a few months now and I've had the most incredible experience here. Besides the fact that my apartment is everything I've ever wanted, property management has been so responsive & helpful. Their communication is unmatched & they truly prioritize the happiness & comfort of their residents. Concierge are so friendly and have only made the Poplar feel even more like home. Amenities are unreal, I see them being cleaned and clearly well taken care of everyday. I've lived in this neighborhood for 4+ years and have never had any issues, I've always felt safe especially with 24/7 concierge and security. Love love love this building and highly recommend it.

I moved in back in July and have no complaints so far. My time here has been amazing so far and the tenants are respectful and pretty quiet in general. I love the concierge staff they are the sweetest , Xenia treats my dog and I like family. She always keeps a smile on her face and has a pleasant personality. Whenever you walk into the building you are truly welcomed.
