UPDATE June 2021: Taras is an excellent Maintenance worker. He is professional and courteous, and at the same time always friendly. When I have a concern about fixtures, loss of power, and etc., Bower Viallage is kind and professional enough to send a Maintenance worker out to help and fix the problem areas. I love living here and have only recommendations and no complaints! A few nights ago, power to the lights in the kitchen, dining room and hallway went out. I called the leasing office the next day and they kindly got In touch with maintenance. Due to an emergency, the leasing office had to close early which is okay because I was very confident that this matter would be addressed. The next night there was a card on my door saying everything was fixed! I am very happy!

Why I rating 8 before because they did not come the date I walk in to tell them the problem. Apart from that they do solve the problem at hand. And please don't say you are disappointed on me rating 8 for you guys.

I requested to schedule a couple of minor issues due to my cat being a psycho and trying to escape whenever the door opens and they were very understanding. Reached out to me, left a voicemail and when I called David back to schedule he said they could get out even sooner than I had expected. The gentleman that showed up to do the work was professional and polite and even cleaned up the little bit of drywall he had to cut into to fix the towel rack.

We've been here 5 months and love it. The move in process was very pleasant. Office staff have been quick with any questions or comments and very helpful. Maintenance was prompt and courteous when we noticed a dripping faucet. We've met some neighbors and enjoy the overall vibe of the place. Overall a great value for Kent.

Maintenance workers were very informative and helpful. They explained the circumstances of my repair and their need to double back in a few hours. They were very respectable, helpful, and prompt on their return. They were professional and quick to finish the work with ease and kind enough to leave my residence in better condition than when they entered. You guys are always amazing. Keep up the good work.
