Love love love our new management “THRIVE” always willing to help. They really do listen to us as residents and always take care of us. When something goes wrong in my apartment they always make sure to take care of the problem as soon as possible. The maintenance crew are also just as great as the management they actually care about our needs. Thank you so much to the whole Thrive team you guys are amazing. My unit was recently renovated and the renovations made me speechless and now I’m ready to renew my lease for a couple more years just because of how good everything has been since THRIVE has taken over. The maintenance guy was nice.... regarding when we were getting our carpets looked at and the bathroom: the maintenance guy and 1 floor up guy who was taking measurements told us and the front desk we were only getting patchwork done and no one told us we were getting the whole carpets replaced. We did not get any letter. A guy showed up and we told him we would move the furniture ourselves and he said he can not move stuff and we would do it ourselves and he said he would call his boss and never came back up. Also the bathrooms they just put something on top of it even though there is black mold...the floor where the carpets are have cracks and they just put the carpets and by the laundry it was black and I had to ask to remove more of it before putting the carpets... I asked the last maintenance if it was OK for floors to have cracks and he said they should have reported to the apartments and ask to (floor it( fill the cracks and level them)). So I believe the money they are charging us: we should not have to pay. I have pictures of the cracks but only in the hallway...thanks for your time and the new maintenance guy is pretty knowledgeable.
