Ashley was brilliant in providing all information about the property and the in and out which allows anyone to walk away without a doubt in their mind that this property is in capable hands. Being next to Addison is only a plus as a property is only as good as its staff and management.

Today I came to The Cleo Luxury Apartments as a walk in to get pricing and possibly move in super soon. Ashley, was extremely thorough with the information given and had amazing customer service. Please come here and ask for her you won't be disappointed.

I've called this place home for five years now, though it was previously called Village On The Green. Understandably, most things involving major change can get a little rocky. Having said that, my personal impression of the new owners/team is a very good one. One of the most incredible things they've done, as a thank you for my continued residency, was a complete renovation of my unit. Imagine – a gorgeous kitchen island taking center stage, all new, sparkling appliances, modern lighting, sleek window shades, and high-quality fixtures throughout. It was like walking into a brand new apartment, and it was such a thoughtful gesture. It truly made me feel valued as a resident. Beyond that incredible upgrade, what's really impressed me is their commitment to their word. Any time I've encountered an issue, they've been responsive and proactive in finding a solution. Recently, I had an issue with an incorrect water meter reading. I was initially concerned when it wasn't resolved as quickly as was expected. But, the apartment staff, Ashley and Celeste, immediately took ownership of the situation. They acknowledged the mistake and assured me they were on it. I understand that resolving the metering issue is a process that requires coordination with the city of Dallas. That takes time. But I was really impressed that, in the meantime, they removed the incorrect charges from my bill. That act alone spoke volumes about their integrity. In a perfect world, things like this would be a given. Unfortunately, as I've learned over the years many places can struggle to sort out even smaller issues. People are imperfect, and so are the businesses they run. I’ve learned that managing expectations is key, and it's been refreshing to see a team at Cleo that truly cares about doing things right. Ashley, one of the leasing consultants, is a familiar face, usually there every day. And Celeste, the property manager, is always present and ready to help as well. Their consistent presence and dedication makes me feel like more than just a tenant, and that's what I truly appreciate about living here at Cleo. It's more than just an apartment; it's a place I'm happy to call home.
