I have been living at the Camden Addison for almost 2 years and will be here for another year and a half. The property is beautifully maintained, the gates consistently work, the staff and maintenance are prompt with exceptional customer service. I have no complaints. It’s a little pricey but you do get what you pay for. I love love love the location, gorgeous pool area, and they enforce the rules here so I feel comfortable and safe.

This is my second time living here. The first time I lived with a roommate and now I live with my fiance. I loved it so much that I had to come back because I couldn’t find any other apartment that compared to these. The trail, the pools, and the leasing agents are all amazing.

I have lived here a few years now and have had a great living experience. I really appreciate the staff and how quick and punctual the maintenance team is. It’s actually quite impressive how quickly they respond to my maintenance requests and solve any issue I have in a kind and quick way. I’ve needed a fix for a light bulb that went out, they fixed it immediately, I had an issue with my dryer all the sudden being too squeaky and they ended up realizing it was a bigger issue and they replaced my dryer with a brand new one for free. My shower drain was not draining very quick due to probably too much hair getting down the drain over years and years and so they were able to clean it out super quick and then it drained again like brand new. I love the community walking path and the dog park right next to all the units that is great to use to soak up some sun or go for an evening walk. I really like that the staff keeps everything well groomed and clean. The location is fantastic and really keeps me living here because it is so close to so many important roads, stores, banks, grocery stores, gas stations, and places to eat. I love that it is a gated community so you feel very safe living here as well. I work remotely and I feel it’s very quiet here at Camden Addison and so I never have to worry about it being too noisy while I work. The remote feature to open the entry gates with the app on your smart phone is super cool and super easy. I really like the fact that your apartment door has a key pad so you don’t need to have a key if you don’t want to and you can just set your own code on your door to input and then open the door that way by putting in your door code to open the door to your place. You can even unlock and lock your apartment door remotely by using the app on your phone. Seriously it’s a really cool and handy thing that I really appreciate. You never have to worry about locking yourself out of your apartment on accident because you have your code that you can create on the apartment door keypad or let’s say a friend needs to grab something out of your apartment and you are at work or out of town you can easily unlock the door for them to get into your place because you can unlock the door with your phone. Easy easy. Once again I really like Camden Addison a lot and it’s been a great place for me for about 4 years now. Highly recommend.
