I lived at Kensington Woods for 6 years and had very few issues. Sally, the apartment manager was always a pleasure to work with. She was helpful and kind every time I needed something. Maintenance was the same way, if something needed fixed it was usually handled within 24hrs of my request. I would rent from them again!

Lived at Kensington Woods for over 2 years, on the first floor with a great patio area. it was a nice quiet area with a great view. I'm really going to miss Sally, she really cared and Chris, he was always available. If you are looking for an apartment that's affordable and nice, look no further!
