We have lived here for a little over two years. The management has always been super kind and easy to deal with. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the grounds are kept clean and neat on a weekly basis. If you want a fairly priced and nice place to live I would definitely recommend coming here. It is also right next to the Los Gatos Creek Trail which goes on for miles.

I lived here a couple of years from 2013 to 2015. Secure and convenient location. Best among all the apartments in that area. We had no issues when living there. Friendly management and staff.
