I really can’t say enough good things about the Reunion: it will be three years next month since I moved here; I came here to escape the lock-down in NYC and had toured the apartment only on FaceTime - I really lucked out! I absolutely ADORE my apartment; it’s a perfect blend of posh and convenience. Great location; very reminiscent of home plus a couple hundred extra square feet. I’m used to being a pedestrian so being central to green space, culture and arts is important to me. The BOK, Performing Arts Center, Cox Business Center, Williams Green, Inheritance Juicery, Chambers Restaurant, Boston grille, Bourbon St and East Village are all in reach. Theresa and the crew here are really considerate and supportive. Almost all live on premises or within proximity and they’ve been highly responsive to concerns or questions. I brought my elderly dogs with me and when they passed away, Theresa and Mary sent me flowers and cards. Tatum helped me with a Yoga event on the rooftop doing a great job with collaborating on setting and refreshments. Jack and team helped with all my appliance snags, James helped with the repainting/refresh projects, they’ve checked on packages and plants when I’m away on travel. When I brought to their attention the side staircase was an eyesore and needed painting, within 24 hours it was painted. When the gym needed a lighting solution, they got a team in to fix it. No building is without some nuisances and it hasn’t always been perfect but I will say this: they have made a concerted effort to hear my “nagging” and took action every time to rectify. You don’t get that in NY!! I don’t spend enough time on the rooftop and didn’t attend all the events but every time I did, I’ve met kind people to converse with and learn from. They do a great job decorating for holidays. Cons: I never used the dog park and I had/have only big dogs. They refused to step foot there. A dog park seemed unsanitary and unsafe on a building rooftop. There’s an open park literally behind the building. Parking- I shouldn’t complain coming from NY but honestly unloading your vehicle for groceries is a pain. Parking should be 30 minutes only upfront to give opportunity to unload and load up your vehicle. I literally am double parked during the week risking a ticket. Suggestions: Move the gym to the ground floor, maybe? Instead make the gym a hot desk/co-working/coffee hub for residents? Wifi printer, desks and chairs and maybe with whiteboard dividers to section off between desks. Make the unit facing the alley with fire escape a “gathering place” or lounge for socials instead of the bank floor? You can rent out that space for indoor gatherings when it’s too cold to go on rooftop.

December will be a year that I have lived at the Reunion Apartments and I still can’t believe I stay here. Theresa has been more than gracious with me and I appreciate her so much for being a great leasing manager. The tenant events are always amazing which allows us to get to know our neighbors. The roof top terrace will always be my favorite! I recommend giving Reunion Apts a try!
