This building is so great! The parking garage is so easy to use, the common areas in the Novo are comfortable and clean, and the rooftop deck is awesome. There is even a cafe, Luxe Cafe, on the ground floor and it is a great place to get a coffee and a bite to eat on the way out or a glass of wine with friends in the evenings. The units have lots of natural light, full bathrooms, and are incredibly stylish. The location of the building is very convenient, and I love the proximity to the UW campus, as well as the restaurants and stores in the neighborhood. Any questions or problems I had, were addressed in a timely manner by Keystone Property Management. Everyone I have talked to there has been so friendly, helpful, and responsive. I love the Novo, and everyone at Keystone is so great! I highly recommend renting from Keystone, especially at the Novo!
