Our community is in an excellent location, approximately 2.5 miles from Interstate 5 and 3.5 miles from the Edmonds Ferry Terminal and Amtrak Station, providing for quick and easy access to most major commuter routes and area attractions by car, ferry, train or bus. We are also just a few minutes drive from the Mountlake Terrace or Shoreline North park and ride for Light Rail Commuting! The apartment is a spacious, open floor plan ground floor 1 bedroom + den, 1 bathroom unit, at approximately 900 square feet. It features an open floor plan, multiple large closets, a spacious bedroom with walk-in closet, modern paint colors, dishwasher, and newer energy efficient windows.
