The Edmonds Crest is a 4 building, 42 unit tree lined apartment complex located just off Edmonds Way in beautiful Edmonds, Washington. The entire complex was recently updated with a modern paint scheme, new lighting, windows, resurfaced parking and refinished doors. We are conveniently located just minutes away from downtown Edmonds, with its many shops, restaurants, parks and beaches. Our prime location, between Interstate 5 and the Edmonds-Kingston Ferry Terminal, also provides for quick and easy access to most major commuter routes and area attractions by car, ferry, train or bus. Additional Move-In Costs: $400 non-refundable cleaning fee for normal cleaning of carpet and blinds upon move out. Security is dependent upon credit and rental history. Minimum $1000. Additional security may be required for applicants with limited credit or rental histories. In addition to advertised rent, tenant pays: Water/Sewer/Garbage billed by landlord $65/occupant monthly $10 tenant benefit package We require renters insurance with liability coverage of a minimum of $100,000.
