We are conveniently located just a 5 minute drive away from downtown Edmonds, with its many shops, restaurants, parks and beaches and within walking distance of multiple grocery stores including QFC, Safeway, Costco and PCC. Our community is in an excellent location, approximately 2.5 miles from Interstate 5 and 3.5 miles from the Edmonds Ferry Terminal and Amtrak Station, providing for quick and easy access to most major commuter routes and area attractions by car, ferry, train or bus. We are also just a few minutes drive from the Mountlake Terrace or Shoreline North park and ride for Light Rail Commuting! The apartment is a spacious, open floor plan ground floor 1 bedroom + den, 1 bathroom unit, at approximately 900 square feet. It features an open floor plan, multiple large closets, a spacious bedroom with walk-in closet, modern paint colors, dishwasher, and newer energy efficient windows. This apartment has laundry in unit! This unit just had work done and we are having it cleaned. Photos coming soon. Additional Move-In Costs: $200 non-refundable cleaning fee for normal professional cleaning of flooring upon move out. Security is dependent upon credit and rental history. Minimum $1000. Additional security may be required for applicants with limited credit or rental histories. We do not collect pre-paid last month’s rent.
