We have been at 865 for a good while now. When we initially moved here, there were problems from an upstairs neighbor. However, with help from management the problem was rectified and we are happy and comfortable in our new unit. As others have said these apartments are not super new, but we find our place just wonderful! The management and maintenance teams are stellar, pleasant fellows, and it’s a pleasure to see them on my morning walks with my dog. They have been attentive and addressed every request I’ve presented, professionally and promptly. The grounds are well maintained and after over 2 years living here I am happy to stroll through the property. Other properties I've lived in have allowed poorly-mannered tenants to have their own rules, resulting in declining quality of living for everyone. But 865 does very well communicating with tenants to maintain communal respect and equality.

I recently moved in the 865 Bellevue Apartments and have had a great experience so far. The leasing agents were great to work with and the move in process was so smooth. Upon move-in we had a light fixture that needed replacing and a really nice man from maintenance fixed it almost immediately. Highly recommend!
