Huntington Park and Grace Cathedral are just steps away and it is very close to the downtown area and Union Square. You are walking distance to Trader Joe's, Chinatown, Downtown, restaurants, stores, parks, and public transportation - in fact this location has a walk score of 99! This studio is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful and clean 6-story building. It is in the center of the building, but has good natural light and is very spacious. It has hardwood floors throughout. Great floor plan which includes a large living area, eat-in kitchen, and 3 huge walk-in closets. The bathroom has a shower over tub. As a bonus the Landlord pays for electricity, garbage, water, and heat. Tenant pays for the gas to stove only. There is a convenient laundry room and elevator in the building.
