Such a lovely place very clean and luxurious Natalia manager was so kind and professional I wanted to rent an Apt. just because of her. After she showed me around I figured that there is everything under control!!! She was very kind and welcoming A very classy lady … additionally I didn’t rent an apartment because I needed nine months lease

My first place in Los Angeles, cannot imagine a better experience. The building is very well maintained, all advertised amenities are easily available and they are very responsive to all of the tenants' needs and wants. The property manager Natalia is extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She was responding momentarily with all the information I needed at first and the entire process from viewing and applying to moving in was a breeze. I viewed dozens of places before deciding on this one and I just wish I saw it first so I didn't have to go through the hustle. I've been living here for over 5 months and can confidently recommend this place. The area is safe and quiet, there's a small park right next to it. I go on walks regularly and the neighborhood is lovely. It's right between Hollywood and Santa Monica and 405 entrance is around the corner which is convenient.
