I am proud to call Berkshire my home. I have been living here since 2020, and I absolutely love it! The apartments are beautiful, decked out with modern furnishing. Management are always so kind, considerate, and on top of any issues that arise. Berkshire is by far one of the best complexes to live in at the square.

As someone who has owned and lived in houses for nearly three decades, I had some reservations about living in an apartment again. Due to the timing of starting my new job I had to find an apartment in which to live sight unseen. Berkshire was one of three on my short list but initially not my first choice to be honest. However, Dalton Kelly, won me over by going the extra mile for me and providing several video walk-throughs of apartments, the grounds and even the parking garage. He succeeded where my other two choices fell short so Berkshire became my number one which I have not regretted. While moving in and since, Karen has been incredibly helpful and kind, answering all of my questions. After I completed my move-in check list and noted a few very minor things wrong, I was overwhelmed to find that within 24 hours Rafael from maintenance had come by and fixed the problems while I was at work and without asking, leaving a detailed note of what he had done. The building is right on Frisco Square so there are many shops, restaurants, and sports venues within easy walking distance. Local events like Frisco Uncorked, concerts and Oktoberfest are right on the square next door. The amenities are amazing. Berkshire was even nicer when I arrived and walked through it in person. Receiving mail and packages is easy and safe. The gym, pool and grounds are very nice and well kept. The interior hallways are wide, carpeted and always smell wonderful and I love the valet trash option, super convenient. The apartment itself is beautiful. Modern appointments, make it an enjoyable living space. All the appliances are modern and excellent and having a washer and dryer come with the apartment was a game changer for me. It was also impeccably clean. If someone lived here before me I couldn’t tell. It’s also very quiet and private here which I appreciate. No loud music, smoke or noise can be heard from surrounding apartments which is nice. I’m really happy here and happy to call Berkshire Pullman home!
