I toured with Onya a couple of days ago and immediately went home to put in an application! Onya listened and understood my wants and needs in an apartment, and was able to recommend a perfect unit. On top of all that, she was very kind and personable. It doesn't hurt that the complex, including the lobby, is gorgeous!

My experience with the leasing associate, Ashad was nothing short of amazing. He was beyond informative, knowledgeable and helpful. The property manager, Stacey was the one who hooked me into touring the property and Ashad took it from there. The property itself is so beautiful. And to be honest, it looks like a high-end hotel while still feeling like home. The Remy is close to everything and offers the convenience of being outside of the city but still close enough to commute when necessary. Bar none this place was the best by far in comparison to the properties I’ve looked at in Frisco and Prosper. Especially with the community of residents and the diversity it offers; I’m so happy that I came across the Remy; in addition, Ashad. He is truly what my experience even the better.

I had a tour with Nicole and she patiently answered all my questions. She is very helpful, professional and knowledgeable, made me feel confident about living here. I’m very thankful for her assistance! The apartment is beautiful, the amenities in the building are top notch, everything is very well maintained and clean. I will also mention Ashad, I had a virtual tour with him a few days ago and he was also very helpful answering all my queries. Although I haven’t decided whether I’m going to live here yet, they deserve this review! Thank you!

I’m so excited to make Remy my new home. Ashad has been great throughout the process. From touring the apartment before it was even open, to answering all questions I had promptly, to applying, and finally moving in. I’m super grateful to him and I already know i’ll be in good hands in Remy. I LOVE my apartment so far and loving the Remy family.

I had been searching very tirelessly for a new apartment when I came across the Remy. Ashad is absolutely amazing at what he does. He gave us a warm welcome with a smile. He was very detailed, patient as I had all these questions about the property and was fun to tour with . He also walked me through the application process and requirements which saved me A lot of time. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Love Ashad’s personality. The internet and phone service though on the other hand is terrible and very much frustrating. Wish they let us get our own internet or hopefully gets better.

This community is gorgeous and has a variety of amenities for residents to use. The leasing team is friendly, helpful, and professional. Even though, for some personal reasons, we were not able to move forward after an approval, I have no doubt my family and I would enjoy living here. Definitely check out the phase two units on the west side, so many characters, arches, warp-around balconies, and French patio.

I'm excited about my move in here at Remy! I rented this apartment unseen...relocating. I was originally supposed to fly in to secure a place but thanks to all the help from Stacey, I was comfortable proceeding with my residency. She answered any questions, listened to what I wanted and found the floor plan for me. She also sent me photos of my exact unit. That was a huge plus, big money saver and took away some of my stress! I've also had the pleasure of speaking with Ashad a few times. I love his personality and his attentiveness! He always called back to answer questions and "checked in" prior to my move in. Oh, and the bonus was my move in ribbon cutting "ceremony " & bottle of 🍷 🥂 & glasses! Although this property is still under construction & the surrounding area, it's really nice. Can't wait to see the finishing touches!
