This is a whole new experience to live in an apartment. From choosing a unit, picking up a contract length, to first payment and check in, I can do it all online. To report a maintenance I am told it’s online through an app as well but luckily I haven’t had to use it in the past month. Service from both the online team and local people are responsive, too. I don’t know if it’s typical to do online for majority of apartment, or it’s just because I haven’t lived in apartment for awhile to recognize the modern way to lease an apartment. At least I’m satisfied and impressed.

I recently moved into my new apartment and have had a positive experience so far. Taylor from the leasing team was incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the entire process, which made moving in a breeze. The maintenance team deserves praise as well—they promptly fixed a shutoff valve issue within hours of my request, showing their efficiency and dedication. Despite the apartment complex being older, it is well-maintained and surprisingly quiet. The grounds are kept tidy, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Overall, I'm pleased with my decision to move here. The combination of excellent customer service, quick maintenance responses, and a peaceful atmosphere makes this apartment complex a great place to live.
