I recently came to visit these apartments. The amenities and the building is absolutely beautiful along with the apartment itself. The customer service was top-notch and extremely professional Cici Helped me as soon as I walked in she was very attentive extremely nice and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to her I am super excited to hopefully be a resident very soon.
I’ve been at Kilby since November of 2023 and I absolutely LOVE it here! Kilby is a beautiful apartment community and the neighborhood is great too! I love how walkable and clean the neighborhood is, it’s pretty quiet for the most part outside of people playing sports some evenings and weekends. What I love most is the amenities and the fact that the leasing professionals are just that, PROFESSIONAL and have become good friends to my pup and I. Abby is an amazing property manager and she is on top of what’s going on and OVER communicates with the residents to ensure we’re not caught off guard by things going on in the community. Maintenance is great and responds quickly to requests. Kilby makes things EASY, from touring, to leasing, even switching units before move in if need be (which I did lol) to move in day. Everything was a breeze and I’m happy to call Kilby home. Great location, great amenities, amazing staff, beautiful apartments… what more could you ask for? I look forward to being here for a while and I’m a picky girl who’s lived in more apartments than I have fingers and toes. I’m thoroughly impressed and hope to be here for a while.

I just moved into this apartment and I'm so impressed! The place is absolutely beautiful - clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I was looking for. I got lucky and got all hardwood floor and I am loving in! But what really made the move-in process a breeze was Cici from the management office. She's incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure everything was in order. Thanks for making my move-in so smooth!
Moved in last August 2024 and have been living comfortably since day of arrival. The staff did an amazing job guiding me through the facility. Ive had an issue with my freezer door not closing but maintenance has the issue resolved within 48 and have not had the issue return. The community rooms are accessible and the staffing are quick to respond to serious issues as well. I want to share my appreciation for the maintenance staff too keep up the excellence even when issues are overwhelming they go over and beyond to come to a resolution. Thank you!

We have lived at Kilby for almost 3 years and have loved every part of living here. We have lived at apartments in the past that haven’t had great management and it was always a headache, but Kilby is the complete opposite. Everyone on the Kilby staff (especially the property managers, Hailey, and now Abby) are so friendly, kind, easy to work with and helpful! We have not had many issues while living here (kudos to Kilby), but when we do the office and maintenance staff are always on top of it and willing to help! We really enjoyed our time at Kilby and would highly recommend Kilby!

I have been staying in Kilby from past 2yrs. I love the place as it is really well maintained, clean and luxurious. Abby who is the property manager is a perfect example for the "Customer Representative" with always a smile along with the rest of the staff. They are very helpful and responsive. The maintenance team performs an outstanding job anytime needed.
I would definitely recommend Kilby a homely environment to live in.
