TENANT: This place is really awesome. The community is unique, full of artists and musicians. People are also pretty dang kind. Ex: When I first moved in, I didn't have any pots and pans to use. Neighbors around me welcomed me, and after hearing about the situation, gave me some that they didn't use.(And i didn't even know them!) :) Also, I really dig that you can play music here. It saves that $$ we'd end up using for a practice space. Plus, bands can even play events here! Overall, it's cheap, got a pool, cool peeps, & close to downtown.
