This 1 bedroom unit feels even more expansive than its 600 sqft footprint, thanks to the open floor plan and long wall of triple-paned windows (also great for keeping out all the city noise). It features hardwood floors, new kitchen with a dishwasher and garbage disposal, two full bathrooms one being an en-suite master bath with massive walk in shower. The painted exposed beam ceiling is an absolute statement feature. In-unit washer and dryer, tenant temperature control, dishwasher, elevator, keypad entry, and a building bicycle room. All of our units are pet friendly, so your dog and cat are as welcome as you are. The building sits right along a main transportation corridor, the El, and the neighborhood has plenty of available parking, so getting where you need to go is no trouble – including Center City, the Navy Yard, New York, and DC.
