Apartment is nice but takes forever to get maintenance to fix things. When it’s an issue like potential flooding they come right away, but my dishwasher drying function has been broken for months and my clothes dryer is now dysfunctional. I’ve requested maintenance several times and I don’t think they have the manpower to address things in a timely manner (I don’t think it’s the maintenance guy’s fault).
