There is also available assigned parking spaces and laundry rooms on floors 1-3 by the elevator. Laundry room uses an app system to pay so no need to get quarters in the middle of the night! Pets are welcome! $300 deposit $30/month pet rent Security Deposit: $750 Utilities: Water/sewer/trash metered individually and billed each month, electricity is Seattle City Light and you can use any internet provider that provides service to the area. Just visiting. Very botanical neighborhood. Views of water, bridges. Concrete walls so cannot hang art much. Bathroom small but okay, bedroom, kitchen and living room reasonable sized. Lovely wall of windows, patio. No traffic noise indoors. Long-walk-able to UW, or the Arboretum.

Great apartments and the staff is always very helpful! Eva, who works in the office is especially helpful and accommodating - processing requests quickly and works with tenants to solve problems. Great place to live!
