Four Seasons is nestled in the desirable Montlake neighborhood, along Portage Bay, on Lake Washington, close to the water I-5 and the UW Campus. We currently have 1 Bed/1Bath units available currently. All available units feature a full kitchen and Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout. There is also available assigned parking spaces and laundry rooms on floors 1-3 by the elevator. Laundry room uses an app system to pay so no need to get quarters in the middle of the night! Pets are welcome! $300 deposit $30/month pet rent Security Deposit: $750 Utilities: Water/sewer/trash metered individually and billed each month, electricity is Seattle City Light and you can use any internet provider that provides service to the area. Parking spots available for $50-75/ month Cost: $50 application fee, $300 2-week holding deposit (applied to security deposit upon move in) Screening Criteria: Verified income of 3x monthly rent, a credit score of 650 or higher, no open bankruptcies, no past landlord-tenant disputes with judgment in favor of the landlord, no evictions in the last 7 years. Just visiting. Very botanical neighborhood. Views of water, bridges. Concrete walls so cannot hang art much. Bathroom small but okay, bedroom, kitchen and living room reasonable sized. Lovely wall of windows, patio. No traffic noise indoors. Long-walk-able to UW, or the Arboretum.

Great apartments and the staff is always very helpful! Eva, who works in the office is especially helpful and accommodating - processing requests quickly and works with tenants to solve problems. Great place to live!
