I've had a really positive experience living here for a little over a year now. And a big part of that is thanks to Ben, the Community Manager. He’s always responsive, genuinely helpful, and truly cares about the residents and the property. Whenever an issue comes up or have general random questions he handles it promptly and with a the most amazing attitude. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure everyone is comfortable and taken care of. The complex itself is great, I love my apartment and how it’s next to the Walking trail to lake sammamish. I enjoy the location I highly recommend this place.

My wife and I want to express our appreciation for the help and assistance we received from Ylana and Mathew when we moved in. They both proved to be personable, gracious and helpful beyond our expectations. They made sure we got all settled in, and helped us learn all about the mailroom and everything else that was new to us. Our maintenance requests have all been promptly handled--much appreciated. This is our first experience living in a large apartment complex. We're happy we chose Bell Marymoor--it has excellent amenities, and it's close to Marymoor Park as well as many of our favorite stores. This means a lot to us.
