Been great since I moved in. No apartment is perfect they all have their issues, but I will say this. They will get it handled in a timely manner. They Always make sure to communicate with me along the way with any issues I’ve ever had. I do plan on being here a while. So glad I found them‼️💖

Natalie is awesome, she takes her time to listen even when you have the most difficult question. She is a game changer, we have been living her for 11 years and as a manager she has exceeded all expectations, she goes above and beyond, she is easy to talk to. I recommend her any day Eileen

I encountered various problems with maintenance requests shortly following moving in at the beginning of this year. Maintenance Requests were left unattended too long ( weeks-months) and the follow-up to resolve issue was poor. I had one maintenance person addressing a defective ice-maker who took 1 month to come back to take retake pictures of the defective unit he had supposedly ordered 1 month before and then never followed up and just vanished. I later found out he never ordered anything..smh
I am pleased to stay all those concerns have been laid to rest and the current maintenance staff is phenomenal. I need to give a special direct shoutout and praise to Natale. He is super friendly, skilled and has addressed all my maintenance issues extremely promptly and efficiently. It took him just under 1 hour to fix my notorious icemaker situation --> He Properly Diagnosed, Identified, Resolved. A true professional. 2 weeks ago I had a small hiccup with my AC unit and there again, within less than 1 hour of submitting my request, knock knock , right to work, issue properly identified and resolved in less than 30 mins, like a boss.
Moreover, Natalie and Erica from the leasing office are honest, professional and reliable people. They are transparent when issues arise and have always addressed my concerns or question promptly and professionally.

Natalie, the new property manager, has been a very welcome addition to PRC. She is a strong communicator, a tremendous problem solver and follows through on what she commits to doing. PRC is fortunate to have her in place.
I have been a renter since 2009. No complaints, safe area. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. First floor apts have a small yard which is nice. I have dealt with several managers thru my stay there. The best manager to date is Natalie who is the current one. She has been absolutely great at resolving any issues that might arise. She has also been available, courteous and informative for any questions that I might have. I am retired now so this is the apt I would like to remain in.
In transition:
Initially when I moved here in Feb/March, the property under old management was underwhelming and I encountered a few major issues that were the result of inadequate management interventions.
However starting beginning of summer- with my landlord, the NEW OWNER, and the NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM in place, especially NATALIE, there has been a noticeable change & significant improvement in pest control, addressing building & landscape maintenance, improving parking lot traffic control and addressing safety hazards.
I do not typically build rapport with any previous properties I lived at, but Natalie is personable and honest about the conditions of the property which built trust & faith that my concerns are being heard and addressed. She is prompt in following up with me and takes the time to explain the process & timeframe in which to expect action/results.
After a conversation today, I feel confident that the owner & property management team of this property are not cutting corners to improve/resolve any & all issues and are committed to restoring this property!

Natalie and Erica were amazing!! Me and my boyfriend are first time renters and we they made it so easy and simple for us! We love our place, it’s quiet and I have the cutest backyard! It’s the perfect place for us! Natalie has gone above and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed and that were 100% satisfied with everything and it’s giving us some piece of mind to know if we ever run into trouble she’s only a phone call away and will definitely get to work as soon as possible! Love her and our new apartment 🥰

I moved in on 9/1/18. I will admit I ran into a few maintenance issues shortly after moving in for example the ac stopped cooling the 3rd day in my apt and then the fridge went out 6 days after that! Sigh! However Natalie responded to my issues immediately and I feel like her overall treatment towards these maintenance issues were as if these problems were happening to her with her caring attitude and prompt attention and Ray the maintenance manager was equally as attentive, he was wonderful and really took the time to troubleshoot the issues and I have not had any problems since. Their promptness and attention to make sure I was taken care of has secured my trust in Preston Racquet Club.
