Taylor Avenue Apartments are a great place to live. The location is really close to coffee shops, QFC, restaurants, parks, and lake union. The surrounding neighborhoods: Fremont, SLU, and Ballard are a quick walk, bus ride, or share ride away. The building itself is older and has it's quirks - but is well maintained. Any issues I had during my time there was resolved quickly. They are pet friendly and although parking onsite is available, finding street parking isn't too hard either. I felt safe while living there and the other residents were friendly. Moving out was easy as well. I just followed the cleaning list that was provided and gave the apartment a good scrub down after the movers left. I enjoyed living there and would recommend this complex as a great option in Queen Anne.

Management is terrible. You hear all your neighbors. Building and appliances are old so things are always breaking down. Maintenance requests take weeks to get resolved. They also stole my security deposit for damage incurred before I moved in. Rent at your own risk.
