I had a wonderful experience touring this apartment with Isahan. He was exceptionally helpful and patient, taking the time to explain every detail thoroughly. Isahan’s professionalism and willingness to help really stood out. He knew the property admirably and answered my questions with ease. Isahan’s friendly approach made me feel comfortable and made the tour enjoyable. I am confident that he will provide the same excellent service to any potential tenant. After such a wonderful experience, I truly hope this apartment becomes my future home. Thank you again!!

I recently leased an apartment at Vida and had a great experience. Despite searching from overseas, the leasing office manager Chamaria was patient, responsive, and accommodating.
When technical issues prevented a smooth virtual viewing, Chamaria promptly provided a comprehensive set of photos that allowed me to make an informed decision. Upon returning to the US, she scheduled an in-person tour immediately, even adjusting the time I arrived early.
The application process was quick, and I moved in within days. The complex is well-maintained, and the amenities are excellent. I feel safe and have friendly neighbors. The management team promptly addressed a minor maintenance request. All in all, would definitely recommend Vida to people looking for a quality place in the Roosevelt neighborhood.
Echoing some of the other reviews on here, I had a great experience with all of the staff, who have been attentive, communicative, and quick to respond to emails while handling any other issues. Specific shout out to Izeahn, who I've communicated with the most and set a great impression throughout my time here.
My wife and I just moved into Vida on May 2nd and we absolutely love it here! We toured pretty much every apartment building in the Roosevelt area before choosing Vida and we're so happy with our decision. The facility, common areas and amenities are always kept clean and the elevators and hallways always smell amazing (I would love to know what they use). Our unit is very well thought out and we love the huge floor to ceiling windows. The leasing staff are the best we've have ever dealt with (shoutout to Izeahn). They are always friendly and very responsive which is pretty rare at most apartment complexes. Highly recommend!
Living here for 3 years now. It's great.
Great communication from leasing office and maintenance is quick to address issues.
I lived here for the last 13 month, and it's the best experience I ever had among the apartments I stayed, for several reasons:
1. the location is super convenient, it's right next to the rail station, walkable distance to whole-foods and drug store.
2. Izeahn, the leasing office staff, is super friendly. He responses email in the earliest convenience, with very clear answers, he is always willing to help and very professional. All the people work there makes my stay pleasant.
3. The common area/gym/package hub is well maintained, always clean. Also there's vendor machine and printers make my life easier.
Honestly after having toured and lived in other apartment buildings I can confidently say that the VIDA leasing team is the most cohesive, knowledgeable, and responsible. There was always clear communication and transparency if anything ever happened, as well as a provided solution to the issue if applicable. They take feedback from residents to heart and really try to do good on their residents' behalf. The maintenance team is on top of requests in less than 24 hours more times than not and I always see at least one of them every day doing something to improve the community. There is so much attention to detail throughout the building and they maintain those standards. I have really enjoyed living here the last two years and making friends within the building, but decided to move in with my significant other and needed somewhere bigger at the time we were searching.
Pro
• Pet friendly
• Lots of package lockers and large package room
• Clear and timely communication with the community
• Transparency from the leasing staff
• If there is an issue whether brought up by a resident or staff, we often would get reminder emails related to them
• Location is extremely convenient by the lightrail station and bus routes 45, 62, 67, 73, 79, 322, 522 all within one block
• Storage & parking available in garage
• Room for pet spa/dryer
• Multiple fireplaces & grills on rooftop
• Free espresso machine to use in lobby
• Luggage cart available to use for moving or packages
• Regular deep cleans of the common spaces including residential halls (weekly)
• Gardeners come to tend to the plants in front of the building and roof frequently
• Dog run with turf rather than wood chips (easier to see)
• Office open every day
• Street parking available
• Full gym available
• Ice machines and water bottle filling stations
Con
• Not on the building management or maintenance, but the trash chutes get backed up almost once a week
• Hired security could be better at times (i.e., I have called in the past and they said they would have to get someone out to the building as no one was nearby)
• Lack of bathroom accessible to the roof top (can be inconvenient when guests are over and need to use restroom)
• Location also had some down sides with a lot of one way streets in the area (lots of honking) and being right next to the high school (has open lunch, fireworks go off from the parking lot during holidays, late night sports, and start/end of school day contribute to traffic).
• At least for my south facing unit, the pipes were installed too close to the walls which contributes to my apartment getting hot a lot quicker
Neutral
• The amenities cost $200 to reserve, but can still utilize the space if you plan ahead
• Part of the dynamic of having a dog run is not every dog gets along or feels safe around other dogs so communicating that with owners before just going in is very important
• Will have to pay a cleaning service fee from $123-300 upon moving out

Vida is by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in! The staff are very friendly and responsive which is not something you find everywhere! I never heard my neighbors (upstairs or to either side) except some door slamming once for a few consistent days during quiet hours (newly moved in?) but when I mentioned it to the office, it was addressed and I never heard it again! The gym is great, the rooftop is amazing with many grills/seating areas, and the dog run is clutch for letting your pup out without having to go on the street! Vida is right across from the metro station which was great for me to commute to work and my boyfriend to commute to UW. In regard to that, it always feels like a very safe neighborhood which can’t be said for many areas around Seattle near big public transportation stops. Theres an LA fitness, Whole Foods, mud bay, and sports bar 1 block away and Safeway is just a 5 minute walk. The only reason I moved was to upgrade in apartment size and I already miss it. Would recommend!!
